I have many years working with grief, loss, medical trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I have over 10 years of experience working in the educational counseling setting for primary and secondary levels. I have a passion for working with individuals who have often felt misunderstood and mistreated by systems in their lives. I work to build a strong trusting and safe relationships with each client I see. My clinical training has afford me the ability to work with a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and grief.

I have hope when working with people who are going through intense emotion such as of anger, anxiety, or depression. I'm optimistic when working with folks who experience this because I believe in strengths-based counseling, and I've witnessed many people grow their strength to be able to process those emotions.
