I specialize in working with individuals looking to create meaningful and safe relationships with their bodies as they move through trauma, depression, anxiety, other invisible disabilities. I work with folx who are experiencing complex trauma, LGBTQIA+ identities in the US, ADHD, ASD, neurodivergent couples, shifts in identity, healing from injuries or chronic conditions. I also work with people looking to interrupt intergenerational trauma. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing, sound healing, ACT, MI, and other trauma informed modalities. Note: I presently don't work with teenagers under 17 years of age or in high school

I work to guide people I work with through identifying and lifting up elements of identity in systems. I like using grounding techniques, education, experiential learning, sound healing, critical questioning techniques, and mindfulness practices as a means for empowerment in my therapy sessions.
