About
Everyone’s story matters! Have you experienced fear or sadness at the worst possible moments? Beyond fear, depression, and hopelessness is freedom! Through collaborative client-centered therapy focusing on excellent care, I can help you make lasting changes by overcoming anxiety, alleviating depression, elevating your self esteem and changing behavior patterns to enhance the quality of your life. My goal is to empower clients to grow, heal, and thrive.
I am trained in EMDR and Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I use Mindfulness and Meditation in my practice and am proficient in Multicultural Counseling and Gender Affirming Care. I can also help you and your family sort through differences, and with compromise and change in behavior you can re-establish connections and restore harmony.
I am caring, non-judgmental, culturally sensitive and gender-inclusive. I have worked with clients for over 15 years, and passionate about working with people whose lives have been affected by trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. I enjoy working with couples and families. I look forward to seeing you overcome obstacles and sharing your journey with you!
