I am a licensed counselor providing teletherapy across Texas, specializing in grief and loss. I work with clients facing traumatic loss, infant loss, complicated bereavement, chronic illness, chronic pain, caregiver stress, and life-altering medical diagnoses. Losing a loved one or experiencing major change can feel unbearable, and it may leave you feeling isolated, anxious, or uncertain about how to move forward. You don’t have to face it alone. Together we will create a safe and supportive space to share your story, process pain at your own pace, and discover practical ways to navigate overwhelming emotions while finding healing.
I work specifically with clients experiencing grief and loss, traumatic loss, infant loss, major medical diagnoses, chronic pain/illness, complicated bereavement, caregiver stress/anxiety, and other areas of life that are overwhelming. You are not alone.
Grief can feel heavy and isolating, but you don’t have to carry it by yourself. Therapy is a place to share your story, release emotions, and begin to heal at your own pace.
