I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families impacted by ADHD, anxiety based disorders, and/or are experiencing relationship challenges. I also welcome those who identify as neurodiverse, but may not have a specific diagnosis. We work together to improve executive functioning, improve relationship quality, learn how to live with uncertainty, and live by our values. Over half of the clients I work with either identify as neurodiverse (most often diagnosed with ADHD), or has someone within their partnership or family that identifies this way. It is an absolute pleasure to be able to work with these individuals.
I utilize an evidence-based, trauma informed approach to treatment considering the biopsychosocial context in which challenges have emerged. I have completed levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method, as well as additional trainings in EMDR, CBT, and family therapy. I help those with ADHD build executive functioning skills.
Flexible scheduling including evening and weekend appointments. Teletherapy only throughout PA and TX (located in Houston and lived in the Philadelphia for years prior).
