About
I believe in providing intervention for clients and families that is purposeful. This means the client will be taught to understand what they need to do to reach their goals. This includes understanding the complexity of their emotional distress, obtaining skills and strategies, and getting feedback and support on applying these strategies effectively.
My treatment is driven by the report of the presenting problem, a clinical assessment of what needs to be addressed, and what evidence based interventions are backed by research to provide relief for this challenge. This means people can start to feel better.
Just email or call me to get started. Then we can touch base about what is going on, plan our initial meeting, and I will send your paperwork via email.
