In addition to my private practice, I am an attending psychiatrist at Columbia University where I teach medical students and residents. She holds a law degree from Harvard and was a practicing attorney before pursuing her medical education at New York University School of Medicine. While in medical school, she won the Best Research Presentation Award for the Jack Cary Eichenbaum Summer Scholars Program. She received her residency training in psychiatry at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she served on the Mental Health Crisis Response Team during the Covid pandemic.

He completed Medical school at NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY and thereafter was accepted to NUMC for psychiatry residency training. For his final year of residency, Dr. Liss was appointed to the position of Chief Resident at NUMC, Nassau University Medical Center.
