Maureen has over 25 years of experience in health care. She is a graduate of Niagara University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing, then a master’s degree as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from Hunter College. She has worked as a consultant for those experiencing adjustment disorder, depression, anxiety, bipolar, grief, conflict, relationship issues, and others. In todays hectic and chaotic world we sometimes neglect taking care of our own mental health which can lead to burnout and psychological decompensation. I am an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Columbia University. I did my psychiatry residency at Weill Cornell Medical Center and medical school at Duke University. In our initial appointment, I spend time getting to know you, what has been causing difficulty and what you have tried previously. Once I have a better understanding of the problems, we create a treatment plan together. I can provide medication management, psychotherapy or a combination of these depending on what's best for you. I believe treatment is a collaborative process and that empathy and open mindedness are essential to the process.

Jennifer Landolt has worked in psychiatric nursing since 1994. She is a career nursing professional with experience treating clients throughout the adult lifespan and in many different environments ranging from inpatient to outpatient and from institutional to the private practice sectors. Jennifer is trained in diagnosing mental health disorders, addiction support and offering treatment options in the form of prescribing medication and other nonpharmacological interventions. She believes in the power of structure, exercise, meditation, mindfulness and journaling.

Dr. Ann Landowne is Board Certified in Adult, Adolescent, and Child Psychiatry. She has over thirty five years of experience helping people of all ages cope with a wide range of problems.

I am a board-certified psychiatrist and former chief resident of the Columbia adult psychiatry program.
