Dr. Annamaria Moldovan completed her medical education at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj, Romania. She completed a Residency program in Family Medicine at the same institution and was Board certified in the specialty. After coming to the US, she completed the Residency program in Psychiatry at the VCU-Medical College of Virginia. She is board certified in Adult Psychiatry. She became interested in the in-depth study of human development and behavior and enrolled in a program called “Modern Perspectives on Psychodynamic Psychotherapy “ at the Washington Psychoanalytic Institute in D.C.
