I am committed to giving you the thoughtful, personal care I would want a family member to receive. My residency training in Neuropsychiatry gives me expertise in providing neuroscience-informed treatment to individuals with OCD, ADHD, Depression, Bipolar Disorder and Anxiety. I prescribe medications judiciously, as I'm conscious of their side effect profiles. I find that treating prominent biological symptoms assertively often makes space for a deeper psychological growth. To this end, my therapeutic approach is relational, psychoanalytically-informed, and rooted in the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
My practice is designed for individuals aged 18+ interested in psychodynamically informed therapy, with or without medications. I will work closely with your other clinicians to optimize your care. The initial consultation is in-person; subsequent visits can be virtual or in-person based on our shared decision making.
We will adjust the treatment to your needs. Some individuals benefit from therapy every 2 weeks; others find weekly treatment optimal. Please reach out for a free 15-minute phone call.
