I use a holistic approach, treating the full person rather than just symptoms. I specialize in treating Adults and Adolescents (12 years and up) with mood, self-esteem, and concentration problems, as well as working with more diffuse issues around identity, interpersonal relationships, and professional achievement. I address emotional distress and difficulties in daily living. This could manifest as depression, anxiety, insomnia, problems with intimacy or self-esteem, problems with concentration, feeling excessively angry or guilty, or trouble finding meaning in life, to name only a few.

Michael Ficaro is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the state of Illinois. Michael has been in the mental health field for eight years and has experience working with both adolescents and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Michael has worked with patients with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, substance use disorders, spectrum disorders, personality disorders, and behavioral disorders. Michael also offers Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

As well as residency training, she has also pursued further training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the NYU Psychoanalytic Institute. She states that whether prescribing medication, family, or relationship therapy, understanding psychodynamic conflict and causes of symptoms will cause help to enhance the quality of care. As well as psychodynamic training Dr. Reddy also has a background in integrative psychiatry and treatment resistance.

Sarah Tisser was born and raised in France and lived in Israel for 10 years. She is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who is qualified to diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication for children and adults. She has experience treating all psychiatric disorders, including perinatal mental health: She is PSI certified. Sarah also treats patients with sexual dysfunction due to anxiety and depression, and would adjust medications to avoid sexual side effects. She sees clients aged 6 years and up.

Dr. Daisy Nie practices at The Juniper Center, PC utilizing a person-centered, comprehensive, and collaborative approach to caring for her patients. She believes in the thoughtful use of medication as one component in an integrated personalized treatment plan that may include individual therapy, group therapy, nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness. She actively collaborates with a person’s other care providers, including therapists, primary care doctors, and specialists, and with a person’s support network to coordinate a unified plan for care. Lawrence Abah, PMHNP treats patients starting from 12 years old. Lawrence is dual board certified in Across the lifespan psychiatry and Family practice. Lawrence believes in using holistic approach to behavioral health and partnering with his clients for the best treatment outcome. He believes in development of good therapeutic alliance with his patients. He prides himself in providing patient focused, high quality and individualized care to his patients. Joseph Spagnola III, delivers extensive and holistic psychiatric care for those who are 16 years old and older. Joseph works carefully with each of his clients to ensure that they are meeting their unique health and wellness goals. Joseph pioneers the increasing of awareness for behavioral and mental health disorders. Joseph is a clinical preceptor supervising nurse practitioner PMHNP students at universities such as NKU, EKU, Walden University, and Herzing University.
