I am Child, Adolescent , and Adult Psychiatrist. I was first trained in General Psychiatry at Chicago Medical School, Rosalind Franklin University and then I finished fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine, Children’s Hospital of Chicago Ann & Robert H. Lurie. I am Board Certified by American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology American Board of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management to adults and adolescents with concerns in all areas of mental health including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD.

I am Dr. Nurse Carole (R) who is a doctorate prepared nurse practitioner (NP) from Vanderbilt University. I am certified as a Psychiatric NP, Adult-Geriatric Primary Care NP, an Addiction NP and a license therapist. I partner with clients because they are experts regarding their minds & bodies.

I treat the full range of emotional issues in adults. After a careful evaluation, I utilize the best of contemporary psychoanalytic thinking, along with modern psychopharmacology (if indicated) to help patients maximize their psychological growth and development.

Diana Wells is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She started her medical journal from the University of St. Francis, Joliet IL, where she obtained a bachelorette of science in Nursing. She practiced as a Registered Nurse for three years focusing on behavioral/mental health. She gained a vast knowledge in mental health disorders and Emergency medicine before advancing her career as an Advanced Practice Nurse with a specialty in psychiatric. Her practicum/residency experiences were in an inpatient/outpatient setting, and Telehealth.

Family Nurse Practitioner, Liz Wengel, earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rush University. With over ten years of experience, Liz has experience with psychiatric evaluations, both in person and telehealth.

Semone West, MD is board certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Adult Psychiatry. She attended medical school at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA. She completed a psychiatry residency at Duke University in Durham, NC; and a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine in Chicago, while also serving as an associate professor.

Alexandra Whitaker has treated patients with depression, postpartum depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, Bipolar depressive disorder, ADHD, and substance use. She believes that mental health is as important as physical health. She aims to deliver the best evidence-based care with respect and compassion. She has experience working with patients from various cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds and is fluent in Polish. She recognizes each person for their individuality which is reflected in her holistic treatment plans. She enjoys collaborating with patients to help them identify and overcome barriers.

Since the beginning of my career, I have gained knowledge and expertise as a healthcare provider in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I excel in providing care to a variety of individuals, including emergency, intensive care, medical-surgical, correctional, and psychiatric populations. While supporting my patients in overcoming their physical and emotional challenges, I developed a passion for working with individuals struggling with mental health disorders and and thoroughly enjoy educating & empowering my patients to strengthen their mental health throughout their healing journey.

Deb Wilson is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Illinois with two years of experience. She earned her Masters as a PMHNP. Deb believes in a treatment philosophy that is compassionate, empathetic, and patient centered. In her spare time, Deb enjoys traveling, dancing and listening to music.
