Dr. Henschke is board certified in adult and child and adolescent psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Georgetown University. Dr. Henschke attended medical school at Tulane University School of Medicine. Following medical school she completed a 1 year internship in pediatrics at Miami Children’s Hospital. She completed her psychiatry residency at George Washington University and her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Stanford University.

Graduated UTSW and completed internal medicine/psychiatry residency at KUMC. Double boarded in internal medicine and psychiatry.

The Neuropsychiatric Institute provides Outpatient Behavioral Health Services for Adults, Families, Children and Adolescents. We believe that as long as you have your problems under control, then you do not need our assistance. However, if the problems have control over you, then you should seek help. Our approach is an eclectic, common sense approach. "Whatever works, works." Although we do utilize medications, our approach is to keep them to a minimum. There is no magic pill to solve problems.

I am a nationally American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) recognized Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I believe in treating the whole person and not solely the immediate crisis. I educate others to embrace the importance of mental health and to understand it to be as critical as physical health. Everyone is capable of a fulfilling life, regardless of their situation, choices, or past. Quality mental health care should be accessible. Kate Scanlan is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience working with all ages in both the inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. Kate typically treats depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, anger management, insomnia, eating disorders, PTSD, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders. She takes pride in working with patients to create a plan of care together to ensure the patient is fully involved in their own care.

Melissa Aull, PMHNP Melissa Aull is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Florida who has been practicing since 2009. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Petersburg College, a Master of Science in Nursing from Florida State University and a Post-Master's Certificate, Psychiatric Mental Health, from the University of Cincinnati. Melissa believes in a treatment philosophy where clients can expect an open, honest atmosphere that promotes learning, understanding the client's history, and building a rapport for establishing a therapeutic relationship and developing strategies for improved mental health.

Hey there, I'm proficient bilingual physician, who has undergone training in both adult and pediatric psychiatry. I completed my Adult Psychiatry Residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in Elmhurst, NY, where I acquired the skills to manage diverse and high-risk populations. Later, I returned to her hometown and pursued her Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine.

I moved from New York in 2015 to be closer to my family and to help raise my children. As most know it takes a village. I will admit the weather and palm trees don't hurt either. As a new partner at Boca Raton Psychiatry and Delray Beach Psychiatry I treat Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder, ADHD and OCD. I am board certified and have a wonderful demeanor with my patients.

A Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master's in Nursing at the University of Florida and completed her Postmasters at Florida International University. A majority of Crystal's professional nursing career has been within the VA Healthcare system. Crystal's practice philosophy is that of holistic care. She believes in order to keep one well, attention must be given to the interconnections of the physical, mental and spiritual beings. Crystal is continuing her Doctoral studies at the University of Florida, where her capstone is a policy analysis on Florida's new Controlled Substance Act.

Dr. Zimko is a Board Certified Psychiatrist in the Tampa Bay Area. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Delaware in 2012 with a B.S. in Neuroscience and Minors in Medical Humanities, Medical Diagnostics, and Biology. He graduated from Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016 with a Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine. He graduated his Psychiatry Residency at Largo Medical Center in 2020 and was Chief Resident in his final year. He serves as part of the the Medical Executive Committee of Suncoast Behavioral Health Center. His hobbies include cooking, home-brewing and spending time with his Wife, Daughter, & Corgi (Luna)
