My name is Fernando and I have been a therapist for 22 years. I have a doctorate in special education, which allows me to do comprehensive developmental evaluations and psychiatric for pediatric patients exhibiting developmental delays. I have a postgraduate certification as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, which allows me to prescribe and treat various psychiatric disorders. I have another master’s degree in family and marriage therapy, as well as a second master’s degree specializing in advanced practice family medicine. I will hold dual board certifications through ANCC and AANP.

Total Family Health Care Center (TFHCC) is a Community Mental Health Center that provides Psychiatric Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Medical Services for patients across the life span-children to geriatrics. Before relocating to Florida, I lived in Windsor, Connecticut. I am married with three daughters, ages seven, seventeen, and twenty-two.
