After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California at Davis, Dr. Chofla earned his medical degree from Midwestern University: Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Ruth has been a nurse for more than 40 years. She has 10 years of experience as a nurse practitioner in family psychiatry. Ruth has experience working with adults and college-aged students. She helps with anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, and mood disorders and provides gender-affirming mental health care to members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
