Dr. Shannon Padilla, DNP, PMHNP, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner providing adult psychiatric services. She has 25 years experience working in the mental health setting with teens and adults across their life span. Dr. Padilla specializes in diagnosis and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral and addiction disorders. She has strong skills in psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral and addiction disorders.

I have been a nurse for over 10 years and have worked in several specialties, however, psychiatry is close to my heart. My philosophy as a provider is to work with the client to achieve mental health stability. I specialize in seeing adults, ages 18 to 65 years old.

Dr. Diane Papke is a Psychiatrist in Arizona who has been practicing since 2005. Dr. Papke helps her clients by providing medication management and supportive listening. In her spare time, Dr. Papke enjoys swimming, walking, going to art type movies and live performances, spending time with her family and friends, playing board and card games and streaming and watching PBS.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I obtained by associate's degree in Nursing at Penn Valley College in Kansas City, Missouri in 2001. I completed my Master of Science in Psychiatric Nursing in 2020. I have 23 years of nursing experience in various areas, both medical and neuropsychiatry.

Michael Moore has extensive experience treating mental health disorders, both inpatient and outpatient. Michael will work with patients to decide the best treatment option and prescribe appropriate medications as needed to address their mental health symptoms. I received an undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice and psychology with the initial goal of working as a therapist. While working on my graduate degree in psychology, I was introduced to nursing and immediately realized that I was presented with unique opportunity to improve the mental health of others and improve their quality of life. I am a board certified Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I began my career in 2012 working in a trauma center in the Phoenix area. I floated between departments including medical-surgical, telemetry, oncology, orthopedics, step-down intensive care, emergency, and behavioral health. After several years at the hospital, I became dedicated to the behavioral health population and worked out-patient, in-patient, and crisis for ages seven through geriatric. Working in multiple settings and experiencing a family member struggle firsthand with the behavioral health system, I realized that my patients needed stronger advocacy.
