I enjoy using an integrative approach when helping children and adults achieve optimal physical and mental health wellness. I believe that the mind, body, and soul are all interconnected and therefore should be aligned as we work through life's challenges. I use a holistic approach by incorporating both eastern and western techniques; this may include medications, supplements, mindfulness, nutrition, breath work, and/or medical evaluation. I enjoy using a shared decision approach to help individuals tackle the challenges that life presents.
I am a dual-certified nurse practitioner who has spent the majority of my career helping individuals cope and process trauma. I have cared for children with cancer and their families, women with hormonal imbalances, infertility. pregnancy loss, pregnancy-induced mood disorders, as they work towards achieving balance and wellness in their lives.
I am grateful to be able to share the knowledge and techniques that I have learned to help others.
