My ideal clients are adults with complex, overlapping challenges—chronic stress, burnout, trauma, chronic illness, pain, dysautonomia, brain injury, or unexplained symptoms that don’t fit neatly into one box. Many feel stuck in “sympathetic overdrive,” exhausted by years of appointments, medications, or being told tests are “normal.” They want clarity, nervous system regulation, and real healing—not just symptom suppression—so they can feel like themselves again and fully engage in life.
