This virtual group is geared towards adults with depression and/or anxiety, especially social anxiety, experiencing pandemic-related isolation and loneliness. This is a safe place to support one another, create a sense of community, and find peace during this stressful time. There is also a focus on building positive coping skills to handle difficult emotions as they arise. The group meets on Tuesday evenings from 6:00-7:00 pm and is facilitated by Rachel Parodneck, a licensed clinical social worker and certified group psychotherapist trained in CBT with years of experience providing group psychotherapy to high-functioning adults.

NYC Dating For the Socially Anxious Woman
This virtual group is a place where socially anxious female identifying individuals who are currently in the dating scene can come together and support one another while learning positive coping skills for handling events such as ghosting, bread-crumbing, and breakups. The group is kept small and intimate (no larger than 8 people). Rachel is a Certified Group Psychotherapist and has facilitated hundreds of hours of group psychotherapy as well as done extensive coursework studying group psychotherapy.
