Are there parts of you that feel unrepresented, hidden, anxious, ashamed, angry, or judged by others? We aren't born feeling this way, have you ever wondered how you got to where you are now? My clients come to me because they trust I can weather the hard places we visit together. We need to be able to talk about the harder things in life and I would like to offer you the space for this; a space of acceptance, warmth, and goodwill. Let's connect the dots of where you are now, how you got here, and work towards where you'd like to be. Please know that all parts of you are welcome with me. There is hope and there can be healing.
I draw on trauma-informed approaches that work with the mind and body to bring regulation and healing. By working with your parts and their stories, and getting to know yourself at the nervous system level, we can alleviate symptoms such as anxiety, depression and fatigue. I often work with chronic illness, loss and grief & trauma and dissociation.
I'd love to hear from you if any of this resonates with what you're going through. I offer online therapy, which means you can reserve your energy and not think about travel, parking and accessibility issues. Instead, you can make a nice cuppa and get comfy in your favourite spot at home. I also work in-person in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
