Not Currently Accepting New Clients. I specialize in helping people cope with life changes, with these changes coming in so many forms, sometimes planned and sometimes very unexpected. These stressors, challenges, and transitions can become overwhelming. As your counselor, I will come alongside you to help you navigate these times. We will review how your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and values are connected and work on a plan to better your current situation. Main topics I work on with clients include Stress Management, Communication Skills, Anxiety, Life Transitions, Chronic Illness & Cancer, and Compassion Fatigue & Burnout.
I like to meet people where they are in counseling and provide an accepting and judgment-free space. I have worked as a counselor with adults and adolescents in a variety of settings since 2015 with three years of experience providing short-term and long-term therapy to adults and seven years counseling children and adolescents in school settings.
