Through telehealth-, home-, and school-based services, I meet my clients where they are. Usually families come to me because they feel stuck. Their child has difficult emotions, acts out, and cannot seem to listen. Teachers and parents struggle to feel effective and worry about the child’s future. Everything feels complicated and out of control.
This is where I come in. I empower kids, teens, young adults, and parents to grow stronger. I lift up parents through therapy, coaching, education, and advocacy. I challenge kids and teens to learn the skills they need to live the lives they want. Then, I work with the family and school to bring everyone closer together.
I also work with young adults to help them explore themselves, remove emotional barriers, and fully live their truth. Call or visit my website to book a free consult. I'd love to see what we can do when we're empowered together.
