I work with folks who identify :anywhere: on the gender and sexuality spectrum and am kink, sw, and pleasure & sex-positive. We'll be a good fit if you are struggling with dating anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, lack of sexual desire, sexuality exploration, and PTSD & trauma. I am dedicated to helping my clients build more robust, fulfilling relationships, heal from traumatic experiences, and connect to what brings them pleasure and calm. I have many years of experience as an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, sex educator, as well as an advocate for tgnc kids and teens at community-based organizations and school-based clinics.
I am a trauma-sensitive, relational psychotherapist who uses an integrated approach grounded in Somatics, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, CBT, and attachment-based therapies. I am a trained sex therapist who uses relaxation and mindfulness exercises to reduce anxiety, enhance presence, and improve sexual experiences alone and in relationships with others.
