During sessions, my goal is to create a bias-free, judgement free, safe and supportive environment while bringing to light reoccurring themes that can prevent one from reaching their full potential. I do not shy away from challenging unrealistic, unhealthy thoughts or actions while offering new ways of thinking.
The mission of Healing Hearts VA is for clients to feel that there is hope. Without hope we have nothing to motivate us to heal or change. Our goal is to get you to see yourself and your life with a new perspective. A perspective that says my story is my strength, and I came too far to stop now.
