I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working with clients in their early 20s to late 50s. Clients often come to their first session feeling stuck and uncertain about how to attain the life they want. Relationships and career stressors contribute to anxiety, leaving them confused about how to move forward. In therapy, I work with clients to value themselves, tune into their desires and dreams, and move in that direction. The first step toward change is often learning to treat ourselves with the same love and care we would show to a valued friend.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and insight-oriented. When clients leave a session, my hope is that they go with new knowledge about themselves and the next step toward change. I am comfortable addressing patterns that keep clients feeling stuck and offering new strategies for healing.
