I specialize in supporting queer and neurodivergent adults, especially those who feel they don't quite "fit." Whether you're grappling with not feeling "queer enough" or adjusting to a late ADHD diagnosis, my approach is tailored to meet you where you are. My specialized training and lived experience allow me to understand the complexities of navigating these identities. I offer genuine, down-to-earth partnership where we'll tackle your goals while embracing our shared humanity. My goal is to foster a space where you can be fully yourself, embracing exploration, growth, and self expression in a way that feels natural and empowering.
My approach is grounded in compassion, drawing on my belief in the strength of each person. I create a welcoming space where you can freely express yourself, guided by principles of equality and collaboration. I am trained in ecotherapy, and offer outdoor nature sessions, and IFS, a modality to help us understand parts of ourselves and work through trauma.
Counseling can help us increase our understanding of ourselves, acknowledge the source of our challenges, and allow us to heal through authentic and compassionate connection. It can help us create opportunities for safety and joy and experience more fulfilling lives and relationships. I would be honored to be a part of this journey with you.
