I see individuals and couples for all types of issues; burnout, anxiety, depression, adult diagnosis (or suspicion) of neurodiversity, trauma, relationship issues, identity issues, and more. These are all great reasons to seek out counseling. Whether you don't know where to start, or you have a specific issue you want to work on, that's okay; we'll figure it out together. So much of therapy is about the relationship between client and therapist. My clients want a space where they feel safe to explore and process their emotions, while looking for solutions to get more in touch with themselves.

Working together might look like spending time getting to know you in a space where laughter, crying, anger, dissociation, and all emotions are welcome. I offer compassion, warmth, adaptability to your feedback, and helpful tools. This looks different for each individual but might include talk therapy, drawing, chatting/writing sessions, and/or somatic work.

I show up as a clinician who is authentic, committed to cultural humility and anti-oppression, welcomes feedback, and is a big-time cheerleader for you. I have found that the best way to do this is to be compassionate, direct, blame/shame-free, and trauma-informed.
