Through individual therapy, I will work with you to explore issues in your life that are limiting your ability to experience joy or reach your goals while guiding you towards recognizing and reconnecting with your whole self.
I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship problems, difficulty with transitions, and other life challenges.
I have a special interest in working with survivors of narcissistic abuse, including adult children who grew up with a narcissistic or emotionally abusive parent and intimate partners of narcissists. I'm experienced in working with couples on communication, trust, making decisions about the relationship, infidelity, and/or how to forge a deeper connection.
