My passion is helping people understand their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns that are keeping them from fully engaging in their life. I work with people to identify what personal growth, changes, and shifts they need to make in order to live a more fulfilling, satisfactory, and meaningful life - and then guide them towards achieving it. I believe everyone already has the inner knowledge and resiliency they need, and I' here to guide you to discovering it.
I work with teens, college students, and adults via Telehealth throughout Michigan, Massachusetts & California virtually. I offer in person appointments to people residing in the greater Grand Rapids area. My broad experience with a variety of people and in different settings have shaped me to be a deeply empathetic, non-judgmental, and skilled therapist.
I am an LGBTQIA affirming, social justice aligned, and climate change aware therapist - all of these world issues impact our day to day living and can exacerbate anxiety and mood concerns. I'm a safe person to discuss and explore these concerns with while finding ways to cope through the challenges these stressors bring to all of us.
