Our initial meeting will allow us to get to know each other through a brief assessment. Then, we will identify focus areas, specific goals, and identify a need for additional supportive services. The following sessions will be less structured and driven by your needs, feelings, and experiences. I won't try and "fix" you; I don't believe you are broken.
