I was one of the first children's psychological wellbeing practitioners qualified in the UK and provide support for children and young people struggling with mild to moderate common mental health issues, such as social anxiety, separation anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, phobias, generalised anxiety and low mood. With 3 years experience of working in CAMHS I am aware of the issues that many families face in getting early help for their children. I am passionate about early intervention and believe that getting the right help at the earliest opportunity can make a world of difference long into adulthood.
I use evidence based, low Intensity CBT strategies so treatment plans usually consist of 6-8 sessions of approximately 45 minutes. I specialise in helping parents to support their anxious children with an innovative and highly effective parent led CBT programme. I offer face to face and online sessions in both individual and group format as needed.
As a parent there is nothing worse than seeing your child struggle and not being able to help them. Getting the right support for children is incredibly challenging so if you are struggling to access CAMHS services due to high thresholds and crazy waiting lists then I can help you and your child gain valuable coping strategies that will last a lifetime.

Designed for parents of anxious children aged between 5 and 12. Consisting of 8 sessions over 13 weeks - 6 group and 2 individual sessions over zoom.
