My name is Martin and I am a UKCP & BACP registered psychotherapist and trainee supervisor who has worked with adults, young people, couples, university students, families and many others who are experiencing anxiety, relationship issues, depression, trauma, bereavement and loss and concerns about anger management or emotional regulation. I work as a university counsellor and as an NHS sexual health therapist and at a children’s bereavement centre. As a trainee supervisor I can work with Level 4 therapists in training or qualified. I draw on therapeutic approaches to help effect change by exploring thoughts, feelings and relational, developmental experiences in long-term and short-term work.
There are times when people need to talk to someone about their problems and feel they may need to go to someone to get help and advice. As a trained professional I will listen to you in a non-judgemental way in a safe, supportive space as you share your personal, emotional, and psychological worries and the effects they are having on your mental wellbeing.
