Hello, I'm Lee and thanks for visiting my profile. I work with a range of differing clients from age 18 to older-age adult. I have a special interest in anxiety and related issues, such as panic attacks and stress. My training in counselling and psychotherapy is available to help you understand what is taking place when experiencing strong feelings and emotions, whether they be due to anxiety, stress, panic attacks, low mood, self-harm or a range of many other areas I can help with. An initial phone chat or Zoom costs you nothing: I'm always happy to chat through where I can help you.
You may know what is upsetting you, you may not, both are okay! You may be negotiating a life change, like a redundancy, divorce or bereavement. For young adults issues can involve anxiety, exam or assessment stress, or issues fitting in. Discussing thoughts and feelings can often help us feel better about them, or about changes we would like.
You are unique and individual and I won't forget that. Your experience is so powerful because you are at the centre of it. Whether a young or older adult, I am confident that my experience and ways of working can help us start to invite the changes you seek.
