Hello, I am Eleanor, Systemic Psychotherapist & AFT Accredited Systemic Supervisor, I work with individuals, couples & families. Life is painful, challenging & puzzling at times. Some people enter therapy knowing what they wish to change, others to explore their discomfort & pain. I offer a confidential, respectful & collaborative space tailored to your needs integrating talking, creative approaches, parenting coaching & psycho education. I bring over 20 years experience working with children, pre-teen/adolescent, adult & family emotional, behavioural & mental health with specialism in Self-Harm, Parent to Child Violence, Emotional Dysregulation, Trauma, Looked After/Adopted Children, I have specialist training in NVR (parenting coaching), PTSD & Complex PTSD, self-harm & suicide prevention.
