Having professional training, qualification, and years of experience in person centred counselling along with my personal experience off being an unintentional long-term carer, I specialise in working with people with, anxiety, depression, work related stress and guilt, brought on by anything including unintentional caring responsibilities.
I provide a welcoming, calm, non-judgemental space where you can speak openly in confidence about your fears to gain a deeper understanding of the obstacles you wish to overcome and to move towards emotional healing. Through reflection my aim is for you to find and understand yourself and experiences better.
