I can offer a safe, confidential space and give you the time and space to explore what is going on for you, to help you gain awareness and insight into what's troubling you and help you reach your goals.
I offer a warm, empathic and supportive relationship. My belief is that the therapeutic relationship that is created between us will start to build trust from the very first session, to allow you to gain more insight, self-awareness and self-understanding, to look at what you would like to be different, for yourself and also in your relationships.
