Life is full of challenges, both normal and extraordinary, that can feel scary and overwhelming. Therapy can be a safe haven: a place to rest, recover, rediscover internal and external resources, make sense of our experience, examine patterns that keep us stuck, develop new skills, and set a new course. In feeling deeply accepted, we can face the challenge to grow in meaningful ways. I have a passion for co-creating environments where people can identify and remove the barriers that leave them disconnected from themselves and others, and move forward with greater calm, clarity, confidence, and connection.
