I offer a compassionate, supportive space that invites you to deepen your understanding of yourself, your nervous system, your inner landscape and how you move about the world. In our work together, you are the expert on you and your lived experience. I provide the space for innate healing to occur.
Together we will come to understand and heal parts you may be struggling with; parts that may hold wounding, trauma and feel stuck in the past. I draw on EMDR, parts work, mindfulness and body based modalities. My hope is for you to regain your connection with yourself, your inner knowing and how you want to be in the world- leading to a more authentic you.
My style is down to earth and shaped by your unique needs and goals. I offer genuine curiosity and care, warmth, careful listening and support for your wellbeing.
