Working through loss, feeling anxious or frustrated with life, or difficulties in relationships can leave us feeling overwhelmed and unsure what to do. For most of us we’re not taught how to deal with hard feelings. So we adapt as best we can and find ways to manage. You don’t have to keep figuring it out alone.

I work with people in all kinds of situations. I regularly help folks with Relational and Complex Trauma, Shame and Self-Esteem, Grief & Loss, Relationships, Life Transitions. Groups I work with include LGBTQ+, Caregivers, Professionals, Students and anyone who wants to learn more about themselves and their relationships.
