Jane Timmons-Mitchell Ph.D.

Jane Timmons-Mitchell, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist with more than three decades of experience. She is a senior research associate at the Begun Center for Violence Prevention Research and Education at Case Western Reserve University's Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, and a Clinical Associate Professor of Psychology in the Case School of Medicine. Timmons-Mitchell’s work has been published in peer-reviewed journals, and she has received grants totalling millions of dollars; currently, she works as the evaluator for Ohio's State Suicide Prevention grant. In 2001, Timmons-Mtchell founded her own practice, Junction Psychological Services, Inc. She graduated from Wellesley College and received her masters and doctoral degrees in psychology from Case Western Reserve University, with a concentration in clinical child psychology.
