She combines cognitive behavioral therapies, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and ACT.
Ying is fluent in Mandarin and especially enjoys using her mother tongue to help those who prefer a Mandarin-speaking therapist. Her background gives her a special appreciation for patients experiencing anxiety related to cross-cultural challenges.
