She completed her Undergraduate work at UW Madison in Sociology and received her Graduate Degree in Counseling from UW Whitewater. Amy has 16 years of experience working as a school counselor with middle and high school students and uses Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness techniques, and psychoeducation to help students understand themselves better, work through trauma, and support them in reaching their personal goals.

Petrovnia Charles is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin who has been practicing since 2014. Petrovnia helps clients by being trauma-trained with a focus on intersectionalities. Brenda Lovick is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Wisconsin who has been practicing since 2014. She has a Certificate of Studies in Lutheran Studies from the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago, a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, a Master of Divinity from Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Family Studies, and Music from St. Olaf College. Jennifer Limmex is a psychotherapist who graduated with her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Wisconsin "“ Whitewater. She carries two licenses in the State of Wisconsin which are for Professional Counseling and Clinical Substance Abuse Counseling and also has a CCTP (Certified Clinical Trauma Professional) certification. Her experience in working with addiction and trauma inevitably leads her to focus on shame, anxiety, and depression since they are quite often co-occurring disorders. Jennifer utilizes Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to facilitate a majority of her sessions.
