Accepting New Clients! I am a Master's Level Social Worker at Western Connecticut Counseling. I also have worked at Yale New Haven Psychiatric Hospital for the past 3 years. This experience has provided me with the clinical training to work with adults of all ages, in different stages of their lives and all gender, sexual orientation, identity, race, religion, and socioeconomic status. I prefer an integrated therapeutic approach with an emphasis on Person-Centered interventions because therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I utilize evidence-based techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, focusing on the unique strengths of each client.
