It is tough times right now! People are struggling. I am here to give you the tools to feel better and to heal whatever you have gone through. I help people work through addiction recovery, anxiety, depression and difficult relationships. Having a strength-based approach that focuses on wellness and getting unstuck from repeating cycles is the approach I take. I work with anxiety, OCD, depression, addiction (alcohol, sexual, drug, spending, overeating, and work). I also work with chronic pain issues from a place of helping people express emotion. LAUNCHING's mission is to assist young people transtion to successful adult independence. Our participants are "stuck", a.k.a. "failing to launch. They may not be in school, not have a job, be socially isolated, and almost always living with their parents, who are usually exhausted, overwhelmed and hopeless, and, therefore, also "stuck". Their specific issues may be ADHD/ADD, social and other anxiety, depression, high funtioning autism, gaming addiction, a significant physical illness, or any one of a myriad of other problems. They often do not know what they want, or if they do, don't know how to achieve their goals.
