I provide holistic counseling services to individuals 10 -100 years old, couples and families utilizing mindfulness, psychological, and somatic therapies. I am also a Hypnotherapist and intuitive energy healer and shamanic practitioner, which allows you to work at a deeper level of your being, if you choose, bringing you closer to your Authentic Self.
I will partner with you in your choices of which modalities to experience, as we explore what limits your ability to move into your True Self. As we gather your innate resources you will gain new skills to move through your "obstacles" with more ease.
