Life has its difficult moments. I specialize in helping people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance use or are going through some sort of life change. I aim to help individuals find deeper meaning within their lives. I think that getting to know who you are and how you got to where you are at now is the key to helping you take that next step. I try to help people focus on healing and becoming aware of their inner strengths. I use empathy and understanding to meet you where you are in life.
