**Accepting New Clients** My approach focuses on you and is specialized to help you heal. I believe that "when we apply love to hurt we heal". My sessions are all about you with no pressure, no guilt, and no shame. My specialties are treating addiction, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. I can work with a wide variety of mental health issues. I believe that there is a root cause for the issues that we go through in life and I work with you to find it. Each client receives a treatment plan that is designed just for them and their goals. My approach is educational. I use 13 different therapy approaches in my practice.
I work to empower people. Life can be challenging and learning how to navigate is important to our existence. I believe in working with individuals by helping them identify positive ways to fulfill their needs and unpack what is important to them. I work in the here-and-now by providing different ways to help you cope and appropriately reframe experiences.
