I have openings to provide a safe place for children and families while you are going through stress; from managing family conflict, to coping with ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, depression, anxiety, chronic and life threatening illnesses, divorce, foster care, and other difficult situations. I have spent much of my life driving the success of mental health initiatives from the systems and counseling level. This involved tackling issues through policy development and direct counseling initiatives. As a psychotherapist, I bring my wealth of experience to the outpatient setting, facilitating others to become their best selves through kindness and strategic supports. She enjoys helping clients develop coping skills for depression, anxiety, life transitions, and daily struggles. Sarajayne understands the impact that positive support can have and seeks to help clients meet their goals. She seeks to provide validation and support to clients by understanding who they are and what they’ve experienced.

Tiffany specializes in treating stress, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, criminal justice system issues, and life transitions.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW), my primary population is adolescents and those transitioning to adulthood. I enjoy getting to know each client individually to learn the best approach to individualize their therapy experience. This often includes strength-based approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused approaches to aid clients work through individual goals, barriers, and strengths. While I primarily utilize in-person sessions with children, I do offer virtual sessions for teens and young adults who may not be local to Williamsburg, or have transportation barriers.

Scott has worked in several different areas, including private and state-run psychiatric hospitals with adults and children, as an outpatient therapist for a community mental health child and family program, and in a hospital emergency room to help assess individuals who might need hospitalization.
