I am a queer therapist who offers a direct yet compassionate space to explore your experiences, heal from trauma, and reconnect with your inner strength and sense of self. I believe healing happens through authentic connection and walk beside you with honesty, empathy, and respect as you process trauma, explore identity, and build resilience in an ever-changing world.

As an EMDR certified, lesbian identified therapist, I provide a safe and supportive space for LGBTQ+ adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress. I offer an affirming, inclusive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.

Alongside my clinical work, I’m deeply passionate about supporting both new and seasoned therapists. As a Virginia Board Approved Supervisor, I provide mentorship and supervision to Residents in Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy, fostering their professional growth, confidence, and authenticity through open, transparent, and collaborative guidance.
