Sometimes our mental health is healthy and works for us, and sometimes, our mental health needs support to achieve our goals. I provide a safe place for individuals and families while you are going through stress; from managing family conflict, to coping with ADHD, depression, anxiety, chronic and life-threatening illnesses, divorce, foster care, and other difficult situations. As your therapist, I believe that my role is to provide thorough assessment and treatment to support you and your family.
I have 15 years experience supporting couples and families in high stress situations. I operate from a systems perspective, understanding that none of us exist without impacting others around us. I am trained in EMDR & Brainspotting and work with individuals and families with Family of Choice and provide Couples Intensives and workshops with Koala Wellness

I provide group and individual supervision for residence seeking licensure as an LPC and/or LMFT. We have a great group of providers who get together weekly to staff cases and grow.

Zen Den - Emotional Regulation for 5-10 year olds
This psychoeducational group is for children aged 5-10 years old to learn and practice coping skills in efforts to increase their ability to regulate their emotions and manage their stress. They learn how to talk about feelings, what their triggers are, and how to calm down when they need it the most. Children are admitted into the group after a preliminary evaluation to determine if it is a good fit for your child. The group is run by Harlie Disney, Resident in Counseling.
